They're too stiff. That American soldier's pose is really...REALLY weird.
The German soldier reminds me of this..
Don't know why, but it does.
Also, look at that German's face...There's so much pain in it!

I tend to agree, I have trouble with the positioning of ragdolls.

Posing is quite stiff, you need to show emotion as well.
