I'm pretty sure that everyone thinks as I do

And all I can say is that this this is the best Garry's mod movie I've ever seen and right now Machinima is the worst director cumminuty.

And I know this might sound bad that I just want good ratings but I did actully almost cry.
If I had a Paypal etc. I would donate all my money to you for the development.

This is the most epic machinima I've seen. I hope you will make the full movie.

The only flaw is, that you are using extremely low-res models and textures. You should team up with somebody who could help you to make "cimnematic" models.

And if you watched his Making Of, then you would agree with the guy. Making that video must have been hard work. With problems everywhere.

I know, I'm actually a director of machinima team, it's not that popular though.

Low-res indeed. I should take a look at the texture packs FakeFactory provides for my next project. I used these addons:

Moving Cameras: www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=31760
Better Camera: www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=37582
Henry's Animation Tool: www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=115272
Special Effects: www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=59471
Explosion Effect: www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=120123

The rest was achieved through Hammer, Faceposer and some After Effects. That depth of field thingy is a experimental addon from the WorldOfCrowbar guys and not that stable.

I used the Source Recorder for the whole trailer.

People keep asking me about making a full movie out of these trailers. But that would imply, like Rocko's said, having much more time and HDD space, which I really don't have. For this trailer, I only worked on the weekend for some months.
Not to mention the copyright hysteria when using a full soundtrack (reminds me of every attorney reference in The Simpsons). I'm not a huge fan of too long Machinimas (there are some exceptions of course) and prefer short but impressive ones.

In terms of Machinima, I rather pay attention to a 4 minute project than a full 45 minute feature. Therefore I don't think a trailer is pointless, because it shows the same beauty of a film that the film itself does. Only faster.
Also I like doing these trailers. Not that many people in the Machinima scene are doing them and therefore I found my little niche in making them.

Kotaku and Reddit brought "some" people.

I didn't wrote about the full leingth machinima. I mean: What's the point of re-making something with such skills, when you can make your own short?
