However, I suggest you pick up Enhanced Citizens if you're gonna use stuff like CSS hostage models. They have a better phys.mdl and come with various bodygroups. It should be helpful.

Arms and hands make it almost decent. For me at least.

Try finger posing, and if you put some light in there so we can see his face, try face posing.

And the guy on the left looks like he's approaching the kid like "hey man, chill out". (no pun intended)

For me, the biggest complaint is the big white foggy area in the middle of the image. Generally, try to waste as little space in the picture as possible. Put lots of crap in there, even though it's just generic stuff that doesn't need posing. like vehicles, boxes, whatever. Just make sure there isn't big areas with nothing in them.
Also, make use of lighting. If it's used well, it can make the whole thing look much better. And don't overdo blood like in some of your other pictures (i think it's fine here though).
AND, use less dramatic titles for your threads. And don't give up when you get crap from people in here, just try harder the next time and make something better that's gonna shut them up.

Fog Override, you can find it in the options tab at the upper right corner of the ingame menu.
