I think people are turning this into a bigger problem than it has to be.

I fixed the eyes a little while back, at least for the brown ones. I will upload a texture enhancement pack for the citizens when I get acclimated on my next computer, since I'm currently between computers that I can do stuff on. In the mean time, if you can't wait and know how to replace lines in .vmts, the files needed are already released in my Star Trek Citizens pack. You can use them for the brown ones.
