The eyes are really distracting and uncannily bright and sharp compared to the blurriness of everything else in the picture.

That, I can't do anything about. Whenever I move them away from their original position they get bright like that then add lamps.

Yeah the eyes are bright as hell, it pulls all the attention to them and once I saw them I stared at them for a few seconds then scrolled down to make a comment.
It seems like there are no other focal points.

1. Don't use models that were retextured with horrible overly-detailed eyes
2. If you are gonna use them, you can fix how much they stand out in 10 minutes in Photoshop.
Don't blame your poor choices/lack of vision/lack of knowledge/laziness on the engine.

Well, I can't do shit about it because, as I said way above, that whenever I direct a lamp or even MOVE the eyes, I get that shit.

And I knew that I could fix the eyes with some simple photoshopping but I didn't for the simple reason that I couldn't bother.

The models are okay. It's a much-needed improvement over the default citizens and rebels.
Shame the eyes are totally unnecessary and suck ass.
But it's nice we have finally clarified that you're just lazy.

We have come to the conclusion that my late night lazyness is my one weakness during editing.

Yeah, not going to lie, the eyes are distractingly bright. A quick photoshop fix would have done it, though (I'd say the guy on the left needs it more than the guy on the right).
Everything else about the pic was fine, though.
