Posing needs work, he's too slouched and looks (as already mentioned) dead. Turn your graphics and jpeg quality up. Lighting is a bit boring, try experiment with different colours, angles, and strengths (then combinations thereof).

I agree that he is is to slouched, the only reason I slouched him that far forward is I was getting weird clipping issues with the guns he was strapped to his back and the chair. as for quality. I had grafics set to they're highest. I do not know how to turn Jpeg quality up however, could you please tell me how to do that?"

Open console and type jpeg_quality 100

Also if it still looks compressed, find a new host. Sometimes they compress images without really warning you.

The title doesn't work in favor of this, like others I was expecting a Batman esque picture. Maybe use a title that doesn't contradict the picture itself. Also if you hadn't made "several" mistakes maybe people wouldn't be kicking your arse.
