What in the name of Andraste Jesus is that?

Also I believe that IMO ME3 will be like Dragon Age, like helping of the races doing shit for them, and finding new squadmates, but obviously better.

I've never really understood the logic behind a military woman keeping her hair in a style that could get in her eyes.

Either keep it in a ponytail like Ashley, or keep it short.

You could still wear it long and keep it out of your eyes. Just wear it back.

Although long hair is generally a bad idea in combat situations.

Something that confused me is why all of the races in the Mass Effect Universe speak English. The wiki is saying that humanity was late to the party in terms of Space Travel etc, and that the other races had already found the Citadel, so why did everything adopt a human language?

    Omni-Tool Translates
Translates in the original speaker's voice?

And how could the Omni Tool possibly translate what Sovereign was saying in Mass Effect 1, when it was a first contact scenario?

    Yeah, nice one Bioware.

So the idea of Omni-Tools Themselves and everything else in ME is just dandy but the Omni-Tool Translating stuff is now unrealistic.

Eh, all the Sci-Fi mumbo jumbo I'm ok with, but it's the little details like this that detract from what I would imagine the real alien experience would be. I know it's done in terms of the game, but I think they could have somehow explained it.

Chances are sovereign knew at least one of the Galactic languages the omni-tool can translate, most likely from Saren.

But there really isn't a point in nit-picking a game with spaceships and magic or biotics or whatever.

He's been observing the Galaxy for quite a while before Saren stumbled upon him, I'd bet he downloaded the extranet a couple times, and thus would know galactic languages.

It translates into something the listener would most easily understand.

If Shepard was British, I'd bet everyone would have a British accent.

I always find it crazy that creatures as horrible and downright... well... evil as the Reapers could have constructed something as beautiful and magnificent as the Citadel.

I have a feeling that the user's voice and accent get 'fitted' not 'translated' if you get what I mean.

I hope ME3 has more non-squad allies. The only ones in ME2 were Garrus and Kal'Reeger, and the only ones in ME1 who were not scripted to instantly die were the Alliance marines on Nepmos. In order to create a more epic feel, Bioware needs to channel their past works, such as KOTOR, where the player party often got dozens of NPCs backing them up. You can hardly feel like you are taking part in an epic struggle if its just you and two of your cholos.
