I wanted to make an ARI pose since I first played Heavy Rain
Using the futuristic cerberus-updated version of the ARI (Added Reality Interface) FBI agents had since 2011, Miranda investigates a body that turned up on the merry-go-round of a human colony's playground.
The local detective just contemplates her work, even in the future cops don't like when someone else gets dispatched to work their precinct.

I really do like the ARI stuff. Very nice. I know you got it out of screenshots, but it's difficult to isolate it.
The most frustrating thing is the camera angle. If you hold right click while moving the mouse in and out, you can eliminate the fisheye effect. You should try it, it really does make the scene feel more cinematic. Hot naked body; I'm alright with that. I don't particularly like the map. It is probably not your fault since it's very bland, but I don't know. You could have added a bench or something. Who knows. Not a big deal. I don't understand the green tint. The game had a slight tint/glow, but I don't think it was as large in area. It looks a little strange. Model choice is something else I don't like. Samus and Miranda is a strange combination. That's the problem with using custom models in any screenshot by anybody, since they're not just people; they can be recognized by the game they come from. Not a big deal, maybe you just wanted to test their big breasts. I'm way, way over-analyzing things. Only thing I think you should take from this is the camera angle and the green tint, everything else is my opinion but your "creativity".

Truth is, those were the only available models I had since i had formatted the pc and I wans't going to use the Hl2 citizens. I'm going to try to hold right click and see what comes up

That's when you go out looking for appropriate models for your picture instead of half assing the job and using completely inappropriate models.

The models are, because Fakefactory seems never to have seen a real naked woman in his entire life. Those models give me fucking nightmares.

There's nothing to really blatantly criticize as far as the models go, picking on someone for model choice isn't a very fair argument when there isn't anything at fault, and exaggerating just adds to it. I'll admit the mix and match aspect is bad but criticizing fake factory when he isn't using the gorilla faced or sharpened-to-hell- 'highres' versions just seems very; very uncalled for, feel free to point out the hypocrisy in my posts but never assume someone is an idiot just because their tastes and opinions differ.

Sorry, model choice is a real sore thumb sticking out of the image. Model choice is certainly a fair argument when it comes to making a good picture. Because a good picture that has no real direction makes no fucking sense. It makes having ARI there, a naked body, Miranda from ME2, and a cartoony Samus model from SSB feels like a cobbled together, thoughtless piece of shit.

There are thousands of different explanations, in the end it's still a shit pose but if you're going to say "EUUGHHH THOSE MODELS GAVE ME NIGHTMARES, I'M GAY NOW" it's not constructive, AT ALL. Try giving him constructive criticism. Maybe he'll rise up to your standards in the future instead of being another FP shitposter.

Having limited models is a completely bullshit reason. Garrysmod.org, the models section are FILLED TO THE FUCKING BRIM with FREE DOWNLOADABLE MODELS that take one to TWO fucking clicks.
He was going for a sci-fi theme? Why the fuck is it in some shitty children's playground. Why the fuck is there a cartoon chick in a blue body suit. Why the fuck is everything GREEN?
I'm sorry, I try to respect other's opinions, but it gets pretty damn fucking hard when they're flat out wrong.

Good job, reply to only the statements you can put one second of thought into without straining yourself. If you've ever seen the actual Samus model you conksucking nunsack, her bodysuit is blue, it is the map's lighting and the HORRIBLE GREEN TINT.
The fact that it's on a fucking colony doesn't fucking mean anything a fucking colony wouldn't fucking bother building a fucking child's playground because they have bigger fucking concerns than keeping a bunch of fucking kids fucking entertained.
Why was the chick killed in a playground? Why was she there naked? Where are her clothes? Where are the wounds?
And why can't you come up with a half intelligent answer to the fact that he COULD HAVE GOTTEN FAR BETTER, MORE FITTING MODELS, AND GONE AND DOWNLOADED A BETTER LOOKING, MORE FITTING MAP?

Well everyone has seen the model but it's black in this picture, which makes it irrelevant. The map's lighting isn't altered it's the editing, he doesn't give you any more back story to work with it's a terrible pose I never denied that; but the fact that you're dragging more of your unwanted half baked questions into this argument is making me flaccid. Formulate a fucking thought that isn't comprised of gibberish if I wanted to play twenty questions with an idiot I would have wandered down to the methadone clinic and pulled up a chair.

The map's lighting isn't altered, the map's lighting is shit.
And chesty, no matter what angle you took it from, no matter how you placed those models, specifically on that map, it would be ugly, and if you removed the green tint, you took it back to the basic, non-edited picture, I figure it would still be a dark, ugly, mismatching pile of utter shit.

I mean, yes I did look at the big picture, and didn't feel going into composition would be worth it at all, because the materials collected that were used in the picture was obviously done with no care and no experience. Now you have to give leeway for lack of experience, but the not caring component was clearly very large to me. It was a picture that was more about "I wanna make this cool looking ARI interface, so I'll just make a quick picture", at least it feels that way.

Meh you could use GoldSRC models from 1998 and with some good composition you could make infinitely better pictures than this. I find the basics of composition are far more important than lighting, perhaps even posing... let alone model choice.
With less contrast and less green hue some decent composition could make this picture good even if the models were still shit. Sure the models would still mar a good picture, but that's a simple thing to build on.

I suppose you're right. It just feels like the fact that the Samus model is far cartoonier would harm the picture further, I can imagine it looking much, much better, even with the given models, but here I feel it was intentional laziness, not "I'm going to make something cool and unusual with these rather non-standard models". As he stated, those were what he had saved, and he had a "limited" choice.

I've never edited anything aside from school projects, with a little bit of polish it would look alright, and oh look. No models are different, JUST POST PROCESSING. WHOOAAAA. It's almost as if..Models don't really matter; amazing. You see as long as he isn't using giant chodes for models and the whole map isn't full bright anything is salvageable. In the end effort shows in the long run, pull your head out of your ass and learn to interpret others' opinions instead of giving up and crying about it.

Now it is has no highlights and too many darktones in comparison.
Blood is not pink when it is dark too. It looks like florescent jelly.

Now the image just looks way too dark on the details, where the highlights should be, making it a rather even more uninteresting to look at. Now you've just made it look like the editor had no real artistic direction with it, so he just fucked with sliders till he got something and went "meh"
