Well I could write long stories of my old school, and how they knew everything ("wireless is obviously better than wired, because it's the future therefore obviously better" etc.) but meh it's the same old stories and we've all heard them before.

Kid: How come my scanner's not scanning things into the computer? It's running and everything.
Me: Oh, you don't have the software installed.
(10 minutes later, shit HP software installed)
    Kid: Still doesn't work!
Me: (looks at PSC box) You didn't put in the USB cable...
Kid: But it's a WIRELESS scanner!

I can see where he's coming from, there are wireless printers now, but this sure as hell isn't one of them.

My one friend thought PSU stood for Power Supply Unit, hah (and he's a computer science major!) which is obviously just the power box, transformer, whatever. After arguing with the dimwit for an hour I just let him have it, wouldn't want to wreck his ego or anything.

PSU DOES stand for Power Supply Unit because it's the thing that helps control the power to the parts in the computer.

I know, I'm sort of tired couldn't come up with anything better, but next week I'll come up with some thing to really knock your pants off. Alas it was still good enough. I did one a while back, same theme only it involved an imaginary dispute over what CPU meant. Got a good bunch of people on that one.

Ugh, if it gets some people then its still ok. Its not going to work on everyone, and supersnail is living proof of it working. It was a light joke and one obviously beyond some angsty teens who are too pissed off at the world to enjoy it.
