Too saturated for my taste and... Why is a Combine using a human weapon that was made decades before HL2's story?

Remove the guy on the back and decrease amount of blur on the front, then it will actually be "Rebel fighting for his life" and not "Guy shooting a mini-RPG while combine and a rebel give a hug to each other".

I think what Russian bear is trying to say is that by adding blur to the action you are drawing our attention to the guy in the back, who isn't the main object in the pose.
