I might as well start writing about Newton's world. Or start making a comic (I shouldn't speak of such nonsense until Vandal: Episode Two is released).
I know the birds are NPCs. Antlions and birds are the only things I would ever use NPCs with because they are a bitch to pose.
Oh and if you see anything that looks remotely like a person standing... staring... it's a lie... your eyes are playing tricks. I'm serious, there's no one else. Truly.

Hey Ben, there's an easy way to pose pigeons and Antlions.
First off, spawn a bird/antlion NPC. Set the phys timescale in the admins options menu to 0, and kill it (there is a weapon in toybox that kills it without leaving any bullet marks). Then, Freeze all the major joints (try to freeze it all if you can), and set the timescale to 1 again. If it didn't tumble over dead, it means you correctly froze all the major joints. Now save it to adv dupe, and you can use them whenever you want!

Gmod 10 doesn't have phys_timescale. I think.
If so that would be helpful.

i don't know. it's pretty average.
that's all ben_wolfe's work is, i hate to say it. i don't really have room to brag, though. i haven't really done anything worthwhile in a long time either.
it's definitely creative but it's not enthralling or interesting. the stories are kinda lame and don't grab the reader -- especially when there's a huge fuckin picture that pretty much hides the text.

They just have to be well executed and... well... good.

It's not good if it is boring and uninteresting. It's a hard thing to claim in Garry's Mod pictures, but you can't create an idle no-action picture and leave it lax with detail. Take a look at ChestyMcGee's latest picture and then compare it to this -- different situation, sure, but similar composition: It's a theatrical picture in which a subject, or numerous group of subjects, are the focus. No action is going on or anything. Just them. How do you compensate for the lack of action or activity? Detail. Detail, detail, detail. Detail is everything.
Chesty's picture has detail. It has ambience; atmosphere. This just has midtones and noise.
