Best resource for Derma I've found so far
I'm pretty sure the main feature is being really easy to use. I'm quite happy to pay if it turns out to be better than Sublime Text, but I really hope they open source it. Nothing has hurt ST3 quite...
It kind of terrifies me that it's webkit based.
TIL the git-gui program produces some wonderfully incomprehensible commit graphs.
I'm saying your opinion that the language is hilariously bad because it looks different is childish.
It's not even that different.

C isn't the be all and end all of syntaxes people
?? That's how tabs work normally?
Next up on WAYWO 2014: How wide is your tabstop? (That's the number of spaces each indent is worth!)
Recursive symlinks are awesome
Because Mr Tennison is clinically insane?
Have you made the screen turn red when you got shot?
Also you probably need to make a bigger version of HUD_PRINTCENTER - the kill streak messages need to be huge.
That's what you get when functions are first class objects. Get used to 'em, they're actually really useful.
Why is everything racist to you?
Oh. Well, points 1 and 2 still apply.
In other news, you can actually play WebM videos in IE>=9 (and indeed everything that uses the Windows video playing routines)...
Unless you're counting troglodytes, IE<9 users aren't a race.
Can you two lovers take your spat somewhere else please?
Writing cheats is what got me into coding Lua in the first place.
As a side note, please upload your webm videos to Benjojo's flm.me.uk. It sets them to the right mime type (some browsers won't play them otherwise), doesn't nuke your dropbox public links and has a...
You're running on Windows which (as far as I'm aware) doesn't provide a reliable clock with sub-ms precision. You're getting QT's "best estimate available" which could well just be rnd().
What hook should I be rendering to a rendertarget with render.RenderView in? PreDrawOpaqueRenderables draws over my screen.
Well, disabling atomic saves did fix autorefreshes not being detected.
CRC32 isn't a hash function, it's a consistency checker. Use an actual hashing function like SHA256 from gmsv_cryptopp or SHA1() in the INSERT/UPDATE query if you're using MySQL
It works for this guy though?
Could it be a combination of atomic saves and windows 8(.1)?
I'll try when I get back tonight. I didn't knowingly turn it on though.
I'm using ST3 incidentally, no symlinks that I'm aware of. I'll also try with ST2, since it used to work.
I see you are also running on 8.1. Is your steam dir on another HD by any chance?
Does anyone else's Lua autorefresh not trigger if they edit files with Sublime Text?
What, by using DarkRP? :v:
I've now pushed a fix that uses .USED as well as .hasMerged, but I can't test / upload to Workshop until tonight.
.USED isn't mine. I use moneyPotPause. I've just pushed an experimental .hasMerged fix to My Github, do I need to add .USED too?
(As the author of the moneypot, I apologise for Falco making it so you can dupe with my addon. I'm working on fixing it.)
Why on earth do you pipe it through cat? Disabling the pager makes it impossible to view the log in big repos.
Plus, you can use git's built in alias system to do...
One polite email will have more of an effect than 10 rude ones. If I logged and my inbox was full of duplicate emails I'd just delete them all and go work on rust some more in retaliation.
Spam is not going to help your cause. The message will definitely reach Garry - Facepunch Studios is a fairly small company. It's not like there's hundreds of grunts and middle-managers between you...
Well, other than the occasional arguments about how people who use spaces for indentation should be fired into space.
Someone mentioned this in the last thread. What I do is just start doing something, even if I don't want to do it. Get some good programming music on, grab a cup of tea and start typing. The flow...
Me and Benjojo are going to be at the London one. Should be fun!
The timeout is the workshop not responding to your request to start uploading - not your upload taking too long.
Generally speaking in the real world when you commission something you sort of expect to own it.
Was the ability to nuke everything in the same folder as it if double clicked built in intentionally or just a happy consequence of not bothering to put any kind of safety checks in?
Not content with your gigantic gifs you now include gigantic breasts with them too?
Why would you not give out your SteamID?
Some people find it helpful to have a small toy on their desk to talk out loud at.
The kind of lecturer that does that also locks the doors on the hour because "anyone that wanted to learn would turn up early".
Because I quite like having a stable job with lots of money?
If I didn't go to university I would never have looked at AI, networking or functional programming - let alone UML and that sort of thing. What you learn at school is what you let yourself learn. If...
The London Jubilee line makes a pretty interesting noise too.
You already know how to program, why do you want to sit through hours of someone trying to explain what a variable is? The stuff they're attempting to teach you is significantly harder than...
Your plastic forks get melted if you put them in the cutlery holder. The majority of your input (dishes) remain the same no matter what you do.
Highly comparable. This is like someone complaining that their dishwasher has a built in cutlery holder taking up space when you only ever use plastic disposable forks. Nothing gets painted pink.
Why're you drawing each word as a separate draw call?
