Not unless something's installed it without my knowledge.
Does anyone know what these are?
The last few not-covered lines are Luacov being wrong and some edge cases in the helper code I copy/pasted that never come up during usage
aaaaaa people using things I make! Make sure you've got the latest version from my github, I've been doing things.
Though, that neatly brings me onto what I've been doing: Things™!
Plot twist: He's talking about how the CEO of Capital One only gets $6,000,000/year when he gets $19,000,000/year.
Check out the DoD:S maps for how to do ramps that don't look like ramps. They tend to use rubble, piles of sandbags or dropping out of windows as very effective one-way gates.
Yeah, that's just the ghost of the entity model. It's not actually supposed to be there.
In my brief experience, collision groups are the way to go. The engine understands them and as long as your interactions remain stable per group there's no trouble.
Actually I managed to make it fairly reliable using collision groups. I posted a script with them somewhere, let me see if I can find it. It was when I was fiddling with the elevator thing.
All the stencily things I do steal heavily from Jinto's post here.
It's not exactly what you'd call a tutorial, more a fill-in-the-blanks cut-your-own-holes snippit.
(Be sure to credit Jinto in...
I did a thing
Please make your linter work with Sublime Linter. It'll save you a ton of work and let people keep using the lint settings they like.
You could take a look at the existing lua linter for luaey...
Nope, it's nearly 100% based on the Deus Ex Human Revolution inventory atm, so you can only drop onto one thing. (MDave has given me some suggestions as to how to make this better tho)
You can't see...
After much procrastinating I've got my old drag&drop inventory working again, despite random chunks of the file going missing and various other exciting setbacks.
top tip - square the radius and then use DistToSqr, it's much faster.
(Also if you're going for raw speed, use plys[#plys+1] or a counter variable)
If anyone wants it, here's the .gitignore to let you version control your garrysmod/lua directory which you should totally do if you do any work in it at all.
I wish I'd done this earlier - that way...
I'm sure there was, because I used it to debug think hooks on a couple of things once. It had two arguments, integer position and string text. If you wrote to a position that was already occupied it...
Garry added a function that let you write labels to the HUD area error messages used to be written to. Does anyone remember what it's called? I can't find it.
It looks that way. On the bright side though, you can do a lot more with a webhost than just show a loading screen. You can have a website with news about your server, forums, a shoutbox and so on. A...
If v:keysLock() doesn't work, try v:Fire('lock')
Hosting dynamic content is basically never free. Try something cheap like One Pound WebHosting.
Do you have any examples?
This sounds like griefing?
Both pictures seem to be using the built in cable/* rope materials?
pairs iterates through a table roughly in the order that elements were added to it.
Purpose: Listening to music in a busy office / on the train / occasionally video games

I boiled this down from an older entity which worked Back In The Day™. Why doesn't it now?
DEFINE_BASECLASS( "base_anim" )
Like hell it doesn't. It notifies you that it's going to force you to reboot two days before, the day before, every couple of hours on the day, 15 minutes before, 10 minutes before and 5 minutes...
By "doesn't look as good as it should" do you mean "ignores all platform conventions, themes and interactions"?
Make sure you use a clean mesh like this one, it'll be easier to parse.
Well, it's drawn with Lua. It doesn't elevate yet.
I had a nice long chat with MDave about the mechanics of moving players around through portals on Sunday, and I've been far too tired to do anything about it since.
On the bright side I did spend...
Can the ruins of the mighty LexCorp be the foundations on which player companies are built? http://i.imgur.com/LCIGl0k.gif
He might not have used any other FTP clients.
What have you used that's worse than fz?
Thank you, that's awesome. Insane, but awesome. In return, here's my ent code, in case anyone wants it.
Incidentally, did the person with the pop-out minigun ever release it? I'd love to know how...
layla, vexx21322, Mors Quaedam, tell me your secrets.
I thought this would work:
hook.Add('ShouldCollide', 'test collide', function(a, b)
if (b == world and a:GetCollisionGroup() ==...
Huh. They've changed since I installed it. Sorry for linking to shitware. :(
If you cancel the first download it gives you a link to "an ad-free installer", if you still want it. (Or trust them)
I'm not making a portal, I'm building a cavity in the wall. Is that what the Pokémons did? I gave up after gold so I'm not sure what you mean.
I'm pretty sure you can if you combine the...
Woop! Spent quite a while refactoring my code in order to make tex coords & positions work but on the bright side I should hopefully...
The mesh library seems very reasonable, but I've got no idea how I'm going to make it keep rendering once you pass the stencil...
Can you get it below 1M? That's what Miro produces with no configuration.
Congrats, you have successfully made a video larger than the gif it came from. :v:

However, here is a WebM HD of your MP4, which is now smaller than the gif and to my untrained...
Have you tried Miro? WebM HD always looks fine to me.
SourceTree for life yo
Finally got around to trying these stencil things.

Do you have Biome modification?
(PS Sorry I didn't test when I said I would :( Things came up)
Did you actually read anything in this thread or did you look at the title and think "Hey, another opportunity to advertise my gamemode!"?
Did you consider learning how to weld and buying some kind of external webcam? If there's a maker space near you I'm sure there'll be someone there who'd be happy to teach you. (I plan on learning...
