    Cheers, I guess windows 7 just isn't cluttered anyway, and yeah just got a 60gb SSD and want to use as much of it as possible.

    CCleaner regularly.
    I guess you're using an SSD, so I won't recommend defrag. Turn off automatic updates and when you DO update delete the update files afterwards.

    Edit: By disabling the Hibernate option and deleting Hiberfil.sy you can save up to a gig.
